Hi, we are Vas and Jon.
Almost two decades of experience has seen us working in high-end restaurants, hotels and catering, including Michelin and 3 Rosette settings, across UK & Europe.
With a wide range of cuisine experience and extensive training in food preparation, operations, food hygiene, health and safety, as well as training in sport and health nutrition, we have decided that it’s time to take the next big step – to build our own business!
